Information for the foreign citizens who entered Minsk State Trade College

The admission of foreign citizens for obtaining secondary specialized education at specialized secondary school is carried out:
    on the state-funded or on the basis of payment as provided for foreign citizens according to the legislature and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
    on the basis of payment - on the results of  final testing  after completing any preparatory courses for entering  the specialized secondary school.
    on the basis of payment - on the results of an interview that evaluates whether the level of the Russian or Belarusian language knowledge is sufficient to study the main subjects of the chosen specialty at specialized secondary school.
Entrance of foreign citizens for obtaining  post-secondary education is based on the agreement for the training of the specialists  (working man) with  post-secondary education from the budget, agreement  for the training of the specialists  (working man) with post-secondary education for a fee. These above-mentioned agreements are signed by post-secondary education establishments and  foreign citizens and stateless persons (legal representatives of minors foreign citizens and stateless persons upon presentation of documents confirming the status of the legal representative of the minor foreign citizen and stateless person) or by representatives of   foreign citizens  and stateless persons acting by virtue of the agreement that is  certified by a notary or an authorized officer, as well as  by a an entity (private entrepreneur, an individual) fulfilling the payment of tuition fees (if any). These agreements besides the conditions established by the law provide for liability of the parties to defray the costs in case of expulsion of a foreign citizen and a stateless person beyond the Republic of Belarus.
The documents represented in a foreign language at the same time are accompanied with their translation  verified by a notary into Belarusian or Russian language
Arriving for a full-time secondary vocational education, foreign citizens enrolled in the Secondary Special Education Establishment after passing in the territorial health organizations, defined by the secondary vocation educational institution in coordination with the Health Committee of the Minsk city executive committee or the health departments of regional executive committees, mandatory medical examination confirming the absence of medical contraindications for training in the Republic of Belarus.    
The list of medical contraindications for foreign citizens education arriving for training in the Republic of Belarus, established by the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
The prerequisite for foreign citizens admission in the Secondary Special Education  Establishment is the presence of the identity document, visas (if necessary) and contract of compulsory health insurance issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Applicants among foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) apply to the selection committee the following documents:
- application addressed to the head of the Secondary Special Education  Establishment on the form established of the Ministry of  Education;
- certificate of Education (documents about education) with the subjects and marks (points) taken and provided in accordance with established procedure of recognition of these documents in the Republic of Belarus;
- conclusion of medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organizations of the Republic of Belarus  (after passing the compulsory medical examination on recommendation of the Secondary Special Education Establishment) for those who enters to the full-time education;  
- a medical report on the health status and certificate of absence of HIV infection issued by an official health body f  the country from which the candidate arrived for training;
- original (copy) of the birth certificate;
- 6 photos of size 34 sm;
- certificate of completion  of preparatory department, preparatory courses  of the   Secondary Special Education Establishment (if the preparatory department or  preparatory courses  finished).
For documents listed, filled in a foreign language, simultaneously  accompanied translation copies into Belarusian or Russian language verified by the notary.
The deadline for documents admission:
For foreign citizens having general secondary education and coming on terms of the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, including interdepartmental treaties, on a state-funded basis till the 31st of July.
For foreign citizens coming on the basis of payment and on terms of  the results of  final testing  after completing any preparatory courses  for entering  the specialized secondary school till the 31st of July.
For foreign citizens coming on terms of the basis of payment and on terms of the results of an interview that evaluates whether the level of the Russian or Belorussian language knowledge is sufficient to study the main subjects of the chosen specialty at specialized secondary school till 15th of October.
Foreign applicants, stateless persons, having no certificate of preparatory department and training courses, mastering the teaching language, are interviewed with the aim of establishing the level of knowledge of the language and confirmation of the appropriate level of previous education. Rules of interviewing are established by the Ministry of Education.
Foreign citizen and stateless persons, applying in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, including treaties of interdepartmental character.
Foreign citizens who have the status of permanent living in the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens who received the status of the refugee in the Republic of Belarus have the right to take part in competition for receiving free of charge secondary specialized education; education is paid from the republican and local budget.

Tajikistan: 1 person.
Russian Federation: 10 persons.
Lithuania: 1 person.
Kazakhstan: 1 person.
Turkmenistan: 3 persons.
Latvia: 1 person.
Azerbaijan: 2 persons.
